Peningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dipengatuhi oleh perfoma kerja karyawan prusahaan yang bersangkutan.. Untuk dapat menjaga performa tetap tinggi perlu adanya sistem pengelolaan data membantu proses kontrol karyawan. Selain itu mempunyai fungsi dan tujuan meningkatkan nilai plus dimiliki bertujuan sebagai pertimbangan pengangangkatan kenaikan pangkat Ketepatan waktu dalam pengiriman barang di produksi juga dipengaruhi dari dibagian barang. Penelitian ini dilakukan PT. XYZ bagian produksi. Saat pres-shop masih dengan konvensional pencatatan manual –logbook dirasa berjalan belum efektif. merupakan penelitian terapan rancang bangun informasi mengelola karyawan, dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dikembangan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) agar pengembangan diseslesaikan cepat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem dihasilkan telah membuat cepat, tepat akurat sehingga baik dipertahankan kurang ditingkatkan.
